We Offer One on One Training, Semi Private and Small Group Training Sessions, ALL at an affordable price to get our young athletes the training they need and deserve.
PRE MAX
General exercises to teach the basic fundamentals of Athletic Performance, geared towards building agility and coordination. This is a beginners level for individuals new to sports, or those needing to build to the next level of development.

MAX STANDARD
Introduction to strength and speed training. Geared towards individuals 12+ years of age.
1. Strength training will consist of mostly resistance/body weight training.
a. Intro to free-weight/Olympic lifts
2. Speed training to focus on proper running mechanics.
a. Conditioning
b. Acceleration
3. Introduction into SHREDmill (pending age & athletic development)
